Do I need to order packing units? What’s the minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. We mainly pack our products in a polybag to form packaging units. The packaging unit is stated in the product description.
When do I need to place my order in case I want it to be sent out on the same day?
We can pack and ship orders on the same day if they’re placed until 2 pm.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UPS standard shipping will usually get your order to you within 24 to 48 hours if you’re located in Germany. For other countries please ask our customer service.
Which forwarder do you use?
We mainly use UPS. Larger quantities are shipped on pallets using Dachser. Of course you’re free to pick up your order directly from our warehouse.
Are you shipping outside of Germany?
We’re shipping to all EU countries.
How high are the freight costs?
We generally use UPS standard shipping and the regular prices they charge. Right now that’s €5.45 per box (at max. 30 kg). One box usually fits around 100 t-shirts or 25 sweatshirts.
Is it possible to send my order to a different address or directly to my client?
We are happy to send your order directly to your customer. We can write you as the sender on the delivery note and the shipping label. We will then dispatch the goods neutrally, without the promodoro logo.
Is there a limit for free freight?
There is no limit for free freight.
What methods of payment do you offer?
We dispatch the first orders by advance bank transfer. See our terms and conditions. Please contact our customer service afterwards. They will inform you about your payment options. Payment by credit card and PayPal are currently not possible.
Where do I find the product specs?
The easiest way is to look for the spec sheet in the right side bar of every product description. You’ll also find all measurement charts sorted by article number in your download centre.
How do I register my return?
