These are your tasks:

• participation in and independent implementation of internal IT projects
• first and second level support
• maintenance and servicing of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
• maintenance and optimisation of basic applications
• integration of new IT solutions into the existing system landscape
• implementing and documenting new processes in the ERP, as well as supporting the ERP system
• setting up reporting within and outside the ERP system
• communication with external service providers

This is what you bring to the table:

• a successfully completed university degree or training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications, especially in the field of system integration.
• initial experience in databases (e.g. ER-Model, SQL) as well as programming skills (e.g. in Microsoft.Net, MS-Office, VBA)
• ideally knowledge of business intelligence tools, e.g. PowerBI
• ideally knowledge of reporting tools, e.g. Crystal Reports
• strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to work interdisciplinary
